About Me

Every ask yourself why I am here? What is my purpose? I can relate. It took me 20+ years to realize I was living my life for other people and not my own.

It wasn’t until I was working a corporate job where my physical, mental and emotional health started to suffer, so much so it forced me to quit my job. I had to unravel in order to find a new truth that came from completely within. This fateful life experience propelled me to start asking the right questions.

As I began to rebuild, I took a more holistic approach. During this time I had my first experience with energy work—it was life changing. I took a class to learn more about the process. I felt my soul being called home and, needless to say, have since been on a life-altered course seeking to help others.

If you find yourself in the same boat, or maybe are trying to get a clearer picture of how your life can be different, let’s connect.

I have found that each healing journey I get to be a part of continues teaching me about my own.

It is the greatest gift.

– Kim Breese, Energy Practitioner

More information about me…

I have a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Organizational Communication and a master’s degree from Northwestern University in Communication. I completed the 5 levels of training through the Healing Touch Program in addition to the board certified exam, which qualifies me as a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner. I also completed my life coaching certification though The Estuary’s School of Healing Arts. In addition, my love of yoga propelled me to take the 200 hour yoga teacher training through Hot Yoga East Nashville, which certifies me as a RYT-200.

I live in Nashville with my golden-doodle pooch Andy. I am a wanderluster at heart, which gets fulfilled when I can explore new places. I throughly enjoy outdoor activities or trying a new cuisine. My love of planning parties is my way to bring the people I love together for a break from their norm. If I could pick one word to describe myself it would be thoughtful. My last meal on earth would have to include french fries. And I always cry when I hear gospel music.

In your own words…

“During a time where self care is more important than ever, yet cup-filling experiences are hard to find, healing touch was just what I needed. It provided a calm, peaceful space to let go of all of the day-to-day worries and much needed time to focus inward. It was a relaxing, contemplative, emotional experience for me, where I felt more connected to myself than I have in months! Do yourself a favor and schedule some time with Kim! You won’t regret it!”

“My first Healing Touch experience was more than I ever could have imagined. Peaceful, restful, joyful, calm, positive and light - all of the things I hadn’t experienced in quite some time. I did not know what to expect going in but left knowing Healing Touch would be a part of my healing journey. Kim is a gentle, kind soul who intuitively knows how to hold and provide sacred space for healing, rest and peace.”

“Kim is a beautifully gifted healer. Her sessions are a loving space to guide my nervous system and energy body into a calmer, more grounded state. She is able to help me release energy that I’m carrying that isn’t mine or is no longer serving me. My energy becomes cleaner, I felt lighter, and more landed in my own body. I am able to sleep better, feel less anxious during the day and make decisions from a clearer place. I highly recommend sessions with Kim as a nourishing and sweet act of self-care.”

“Kim’s easy, careful guidance is special. Her gift is powerful, but she shares it without weirdness. I went in just hoping to relax. I came out with a stronger faith that everything is already okay.”
